One of the many changes coming to Christopaganism.com is that now we have a Prayer & Praise section. On this page you can submit any prayers you have for yourself or for someone in your life. The prayers do have to be approved by the site administrators so do allow some time for it to be approved, however if it hasn’t been posted in 24 hours contact me so I can approve it.
These prayer requests may take the form from anything such as lighting a candle to performing a ritual on your behalf and anything in between done by myself and others in the community who see your request.
As a caveat to the prayer requests, as many Christo-Pagans do not wish to interfere with other’s free-will (exceptions are debated in the community), requests for intercession of someone else’s free-will (such as asking for harm to come to another) will not be approved. If the situation is, for example that someone is harming you and you send a prayer request that they are not to harm you anymore, that would be an approved prayer request.
If your prayer request has been answered or you have something to rejoice about and want to share it, please share that with everyone by posting a praise report. Prayer requests will be kept on the list until a praise report is posted or when six months have passed. You may also receive monthly checkins by me to make sure everything is okay.
If you don’t have a prayer request but want to fulfill the requests posted, review the requests, pray for them in whatever way suits your practice, and click the “I Prayed” to let them know they are being prayed for.
This is just one way that I hope we can all come together as a community to help each other out.
